Testimonials

I worked with Susan for almost a year when I was struggling with everything. Straight away, I found Susan to be genuine and warm. The counseling sessions were incredibly helpful. For the first time in a long time, I felt like I was listened to and she was reliable. If she said she’d investigate something or write a letter, she did it, she stuck to her word.

Counselling Client

I hired Susan to help with communication and some incidents that happened at my child's education centre. The process was easy, she met with us both, gathered information, asked questions. Then came the research, Susan kept me up to date on her findings and thoughts. A few days before the meeting with the educators, she sent me a rough plan of how she would advocate. I couldn’t believe how much valuable information was there. During the meeting, she not only spoke to everyone with kindness but she cooled down the heat when emotions ran high. Her years of school experience meant she knew both sides and was able to use her skills to get the result we could all work with.
